PORTS program reports all serial port UART addresses and UART types
for the 8250, 16450, 16550, 16650, and 16750. The TEST and CONSOLE
programs are used to test the functionality of a specfic RS232/422/485
port.

ports20.zip has replaced ports11.zip.
