Aug 16, 2003 04:48:16 by Streeaker This shows great promise! Just imagine, the ability to write a functional boot sector without using assembly - unbelievable! Unfortunately, there's not much that can be done with this as it is now - PRINT, CLS, GOTO/GOSUB/RETURN, a variation of INKEY, and two commands specific to the boot process - RETRY and REBOOT.
Unfortunately, development on BSBasic seems to have halted at version 1.0, and it is largely incomplete. Also, the web site that is listed as the home of BSBasic is now MIA, and there is no other contact information listed for the developer. |
