Amortz can calculate any one of the loan variables (Principal, Interest
Rate, Payment Amount, or Number of Pymts). An amortization schedule is
then generated that can be printed, viewed on the monitor or saved to an
ASCII file on disk. A Loan Summary can be printed allowing easy
comparison of various financing alternatives.

This latest version includes a function that allows you to enter each
payment as it is made - recording the check number and date paid. Any
slight variation in the payment schedule (i.e., add $25.00 to one
principal payment) can be recorded and reflected in the amortization
schedule. Of course, the data can be saved to a file and recalled
whenever necessary.
