I wrote this software when i was studying B.E IInd year.
I wrote this software for administrators.
This software contains two files:
IPXSVR.COM - Server Program which controls all computers
in which IPXNODE.COM is loaded.
IPXNODE.COM - Client Program which should be loaded in
a computer which should be controlled.
Load IPXNODE.COM in any computer in a lan which is using Novell Netware.

displays a list of Netware file servers that respond along with a count
of the responding servers. Useful for determining a workstation's
connectivity and file server responses.

multi-server LAN/WAN (depending on broadcast domain) and facility line
power. A server-specific contact is paged in the event of a server and
an 'enterprise contact' is paged in the event of a power failure. The
enterprise contact can optionally be paged when any server fails in
addition to the server contact. Those paged on failures are also paged
on recoveries. Failures are logged to a database for selectable
hard-copy reports and exporting. On-screen messages are logged to a
text file with date and time stamps and is viewable from within the
program. Status of servers and statistics are displayed. Automtic
recheck of a suspected failed server to reduce false alarms. Audible
alarm provides backup to pager notification. Site designation included
in power failure pager codes for covering multiple sites. Each server
can be assigned a unique pager ID code, contact, and can be flagged to
be ignored by the program. 'Tag and copy' feature to simultaneously
duplicate server info to multiple target servers. Automatic setup and
on-screen notification of new servers appearing on the network. Runs on
older PCs to reduce hardware investment. Secure monitoring because no
Netware shell is used. Customizable dialing parameters and support for
pagers requiring an access code. Paging test function verifies correct
setup.

cabeling. Simply add the drive containing the Novell volume to a DOS
or Windows machine, reboot, and start Nemo. The Novell file system
will be mounted automatically and you can copy files between the Novell
partition and the DOS/Windows partition. Captain Nemo looks like and is
as easy to use as a DOS based file manager, but allows you to access all
the data on a Novell drive.
