  | Plot Scale 1.0 | | It s subsidiary application for AutoCAD. This program helps you to adjust the Plot Scale column, of which depends the drawing scale. It helps you to draw a border in certain scale.
It also gives you information such as how much will be 1cm. on paper on your drawing.
First you must find the dimension line on the drawing. Then choose the distance ('di') command to measure it s real scale. Put it in 'Actual size'. The next step is to put the scale of the dimension line in 'Dimension line'. Choose the measure units. Select the desired scale and press 'Plot scale'. Take the result from 'Plot scale (for AutoCAD)' and put it on AutoCAD and your drawing is scaled.
If your drawing has no border or you want to make new one in a different paper format, you can do it with 'Border drawing' section. Select the desired format and press 'Draw border'. On the lower field is all the data, needed for border drawing paper size, how much drawing units are 1 or 2centimeters. If you want, you can put the code from the 'AutoLISP code' section on AutoCAD (the code is already copied with the pressing of Draw border', you must just paste it on the command line. The border will draw automatically. |

SF Pressure Drop calculates also pressure drops in pipe elements (example: changes of direction) and in diverse fittings (valves, bellows etc.). A list of the calculable elements see below.
It's possible to combine diverse elements and so you will get total pressure drop.
To calculate pressure drop you need data of pipes (rougness) and data of flow medium (density, viscosity). These data are available in several databases. An additional possibility to save your own data is the user-defined database. |

 | OilProp 1.0 | | OilProp is designed to assess the core thermalphysic properties of oil and its derivatives necessary to solve transportation and processing tasks, with the minimum volume of input data. It is based on regularities and statistics generally known in the area. OilProp solves the following tasks:
1. Basic Calculation - calculation of thermalphysic properties at the atmosphere pressure and the temperature 20 deg. (68 deg. F).The calculation results are used for hydraulic analysis of pipelines as well as in design of equipment intended for storage, thermostating, transportation, mixing, spraying homogenization of oil and its derivatives.
Density and / or fractional composition of the substance are used as input data (the calculation is more precise if fractional composition is given).
The program calculates density (if not given), isobaric specific heat, thermal conductivity, kinematic viscosity, average saturated vapor pressure, surface tension, the Prandtl number, and pseudocritical temperature.
2. Additional Calculation - calculation of thermalphysic properties of a substance in liquid and gas phases at given absolute pressure and temperature within the under-critical range. The calculation results are used for process modeling and design of equipment intended for processing of oil and its derivatives, for hydraulic and aerodynamic design of pipelines at steady and non-steady temperature, as well as to find out heat exchange process characteristics, etc.
Additional input data, besides temperature and pressure, are density and/or fractional composition (calculation is more precise when fractional composition is given).
The program calculates the percentage of liquid and gas phases, density, isobaric heat, thermal conductivity, vaporization enthalpy, kinematic viscosity, surface tension (for the liquid phase only), and the Prandtl number. |

It solves in-/external potential (Laplace) incl. anisotropic, Poisson, diffusion, and convection-diffusion problems for single bounded domains. Data input, processing and data output are organised by a project manager co-operating with linked interactive and interdependent database and graphics components.
The five tabs of the main interface highlight the problem-solving steps: input nodes, input parameters, process, output potentials (viewed in 3D graphs), and finally output fluxes (as 2D vector plots). Numerous example projects are included, with documentation and source
codes for computing boundary values and benchmarks that allow users to compare the effects of varying boundary conditions, values, scale factors, approximating functions, and different types of governing equations.
Data input is realised by working interactively in graphics displays and database grids that keep each other automatically updated when data is changed. Several wizards, e.g. for rectangular and elliptic boundaries, allow to input data by a few mouse clicks.
Data output can be viewed by using either ASCII files, database grids, or 3D surface plots for potentials and 2D vector plots for fluxes. Plots can be adjusted as wanted and watched as animations in movie style for time-dependent problems.
